These terms govern your use of Nysa, the company brain at usenysa.com and app.usenysa.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Nysa joins meetings you direct it to, reads email and calendar data you authorize, and builds a shared company brain for your team. You and the AI agents you connect over MCP (at mcp.usenysa.com/mcp) can search it and add to it, each under your own sign-in and permissions. Nysa does not send email on your behalf, and calendar changes happen only when you make them in Nysa.
Nysa is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We work hard to be reliable — and the product is designed to fail loudly rather than silently — but during early access the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your content remains yours. A workspace created by a company, including email and calendar data imported through its teammates' company Google Workspace accounts, belongs to that company, and it stays with the workspace when a teammate leaves. We process it only to provide the service for your workspace, never to train AI models, as described in the Privacy Policy. On request or account closure we delete your data as described there.
Nysa is priced per team. Current plans and prices are listed at usenysa.com/#pricing. During early access, we confirm your plan with you before any charge, and we will give active customers notice before any pricing change affects them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nysa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using Nysa and request deletion at any time. If your company closes its account, we keep its workspace for 90 days so you can return or export it, then delete it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
