Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Nysa, the AI chief of staff at usenysa.com and app.usenysa.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Nysa joins meetings you direct it to, reads email and calendar data you authorize, builds a shared knowledge base for your team, and performs work you approve — such as drafting and sending email or updating calendar events. Actions that affect the outside world happen only along the autonomy rules you configure, and every action is recorded in an activity log.
Early-access software
Nysa is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We work hard to be reliable — and the product is designed to fail loudly rather than silently — but during early access the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only connect accounts and invite the notetaker to meetings you have the right to record. You are responsible for complying with recording-consent and data-protection laws that apply to you and your organization.
- Review what you approve. Nysa acts on your approvals; approved external actions (like a sent email) cannot be unsent.
- Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach other workspaces' data, no reselling without our agreement.
Your data
Your content remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On account deletion we remove your data as described there.
Fees
Current early-access arrangements are agreed individually. Published pricing, when it launches, will apply per team with usage caps; we will give active customers notice before any pricing change affects them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nysa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can stop using Nysa and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Changes
We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
